Do we have to receive personal data?

Yes, if you want to order our goods or we arrange for your purchase of goods / services, you must submit your data. We collect only the data that is necessary for the provision of services or the purchase of goods / services related to the abovementioned purposes for the collection of personal data, therefore, if you refuse to submit the data, you will not be able to participate in the selection of employees, you will not be able to order our goods or we will not be able to order your goods / services.


How long do we keep your data?
To the extent that we are obliged to keep legal acts (for example, the invoices are kept for 10 years, the contracts are kept for 10 years after their execution / termination, etc.)
Data received during the execution of an order (in the provision of services) are stored together with the contract / transaction on the basis of which they were obtained: to show the services rendered, to cover them, to prepare documents, etc.
If you do not specify the time limit, your data will be retained: only during the selection period, or for 3 years (eg correspondence, offers, draft contracts, etc.).

Applications that are not available at the time of submission to identify the person who submitted it are not considered, and the sender / applicant is informed of the reasons for that decision.

We will provide our response within 30 calendar days, having the right, subject to objective reasons, to expound the term for processing such a request.
