Shipping

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.

 

Processing time

Order verification, quality check and packaging. Process the orders, which takes an additional 1-3 days.

 

Shipping time

 This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 business days in domestic country and from 5 to 20 business days to rest of the world to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.

For a small packages we use postal service. Bigger items we deliver with a couriers straight to your door step.

General provisions
The seller of this item is MB Vladigra, registered office at Perkūnkiemio g. 13-91, Vilnius, legal entity code: 304617952, tel. +37067464957, E-mail: E-mail: mbvladigra@gmail.com, data are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities ("Seller").
The Seller hereby confirms the concluded agreement between the Seller and the Buyer with this document and sets out the information required to be provided to the Buyer in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
This document also sets out the terms and conditions for the return and exchange of goods acquired through distance contracts.
Money Back Guarantee
The buyer can return the quality item and reimburse the money paid for it (money back guarantee) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the item (if the document submitted to the relevant Buyer does not specify a longer period).
The buyer can use the money back guarantee if the goods have not been used, are intact, have not lost their appearance, their consumer properties have been preserved and the buyer has evidence that he has purchased the items from that Seller. Warranty instructions are provided to the buyer with a confirmation letter sent to the email address specified at the time of booking.

Rules for repaying inadequate goods
After purchasing a product of inappropriate quality, the Buyer has rights established in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Rules for Retail Trade (Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, dated January 1, 2001). If the Buyer wants to return the money paid by the buyer and the Buyer's claim is satisfactory, the refund procedure indicated in the return accompanying the goods shall be applied.
Repayment of defective goods, repayment of goods in the case of a money back guarantee or guarantee of warranty of goods is free of charge to the Buyer (in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania). If the item is packed, packing costs are not refunded.
The legal product warranty is 24 months according to the law.

The warranty period for a commercial product is specified in the product manual, which the Buyer receives with the product or another separate document attached to the product. The warranty period starts to run from the date of delivery.
In the warranty period, a defective product is replaced by a similar or other quality product or refunded money. If the Buyer wants to change the defective product to a new, more expensive item, the Buyer pays the difference in the increased price.
After using the warranty on the product, the warranty period is not re-calculated - the warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery of the original product. The period during which the Buyer could not use the item due to defects is not included in the warranty period.
In the course of the change of the item (s), the goods are delivered not later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Purchaser's order, unless the Buyer and Seller have agreed and provided otherwise.
If the Seller provides the service for the product, the document informing the seller is attached to the goods.
Rules and procedures for cancellation

The buyer has the right to refuse the Distance Selling Agreement ("the Agreement") concluded with the Seller, without indicating the reason and not suffering from any costs other than those specified in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, 6.22811. The withdrawal period will expire within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the person specified by the Buyer or the Buyer, with the exception of the carrier, has received the item or the last item (in the case of an agreement whereby the consumer orders more than one item on a single order and delivered separately); or the last lot or part (if a contract is made according to which the goods are delivered in different lots or parts). In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, the Buyer must inform the Dealer of his decision to cancel the Agreement by submitting an unambiguous statement (by post to the address indicated in the Agreement or by e-mail to mbvladigra@gmail.com or by phone +37067464957. The buyer can use the withdrawal form provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, but it is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send notice that he exercises his right to withdraw from the Agreement before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If the Buyer waives the Contract, the Seller shall, without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Buyer notifies his decision to cancel the Contract, returns to the Buyer the money received from the Buyer, including delivery costs. The seller makes a refund using the same payment method as used by the Buyer in the initial payment transaction, except when the cash is paid to the courier at the time of delivery, in which case the money is returned either to the bank account or to the post office. In any case, the Buyer does not have to pay any taxes related to such a refund.
Reimbursement, modification of the goods, or other terms and conditions of the goods:

Before returning the goods, it is necessary to contact the Quality Division at the telephone number +37067464957 or by e-mail mbvladigra@gmail.com. The Quality Officer must promptly and in any case not later than within 9 days from the day of receipt of the notice of the decision to withdraw from the contract, to the Buyer to call the courier who arrives at the Buyer at his convenience and at the address and pick up the consignment. The seller will bear the cost of returning the goods. The seller may not reimburse the payment until he has returned the goods or has evidence that the goods have been delivered to the courier.
A quality department specialist has the right not to call the courier to the Buyer if in the course of communicating with the Buyer it becomes evident that the Buyer has violated these requirements: the goods must be intact, not used by the Buyer (does not apply to the goods for which the Seller gives a trial period), the merchant appearance must not be deprived, the complete set of goods, it is necessary to provide the purchase document of the goods and the completed return of the goods, which was presented to the Buyer together with the goods.
Rules for the return of quality goods after the expiry of the right to withdraw from the contract
Returnable good quality goods must meet the following requirements:

Upon returning the item, the Buyer agrees that the goods returned under the following requirements will be re-evaluated in the warehouse. If the goods do not meet the requirements of these Rules, the goods are returned to the Buyer. The quality department specialist must contact the Buyer within 9 business days of the contact details provided by him regarding the method of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the returned item does not meet the requirements specified in these Rules, and the Buyer refuses to accept the returned goods or the goods can not be returned to the Buyer for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, the Seller shall keep the Product for no longer than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the last Seller's contact with the Buyer on the date of delivery of the Goods, and at the expiration of this period, such product is destroyed. The cost of sending goods not returned under these Rules is paid by the Buyer.
The returned goods must be intact by the Buyer;
The returned item must be unused by the Buyer;
The returned goods must not be deprived of merchantability;
The consumer properties of the returned goods must be preserved;
Returned goods must be of the same set (including gifts and other accessories) that were received by the Buyer;
When returning a product, it is necessary to submit a return document for the return of the goods, a completed return of the goods, which is presented to the Buyer with the product.

The seller has the right to deal with complaints within 30 (thirty) days from the day they were received, unless different legal terms of the Republic of Lithuania are specified in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. In complicated cases, this term may be extended by an additional 15 (fifteen) days. Replies to complaints are addressed to Buyers by e-mail or telephone or at the address indicated by the buyer.
If the Seller provides care services and / or provides commercial warranties, such servicing and / or provided commercial guarantees are attached in a separate document to the product. The commercial guarantee does not restrict or restrict the rights of consumers when purchasing goods of inappropriate quality.
Order of payment and delivery of goods
If the Buyer pays the Seller the full price of the item through the selected online bank, the delivery of the item means that the price has been paid for the item - in which case the Buyer signs the relevant documents confirming receipt of the goods. When paying for the item not in advance, but in cash at the time of delivery / withdrawal, the relevant documents confirming the receipt of the goods and the fact of payment of the money for the goods are signed.
The item is presented by MB "Vladigra" to the address indicated by the Buyer in the following cases: (a) if the Buyer bought the item by phone; (b) if the Buyer purchased the item online and chose to pay for the item in cash by picking up an order from the courier service.
Also, if the Buyer bought the item online and paid the full price of the item through the chosen online bank, the goods are delivered, at the Buyer's choice, either to the address indicated by the Buyer or to the shop chosen by the Buyer. The delivery price depends on the weight of the goods and is added to the total order price. In all cases, the cost of delivery of the item (if any) is paid by the Buyer.
Goods are delivered not later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the order of the Buyer, unless the Buyer and Seller have agreed and provided otherwise.
When purchasing a phone for a product, it is paid in cash, by picking up an order from the courier service.
The name and main features of the product are given in the product use manual accompanying the item and / or in the online store.
